Refund Policy 

General Terms and Conditions

• The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• After receiving your order, you have the option to return any products with which you are not satisfied.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be enclosed.
• The return of the goods shall be at the customer’s expense, liability and risk, unless the delivery was incorrect.

Refund process

1. Please contact our customer service ( kosmetik@yogasutra.ch ) with your intention to return the item.
2. Send the product to the following return address:

1. After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be issued.

Refund methods

• The purchase price will be refunded to the original means of payment.
• The refund is usually processed within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from returns.
